Great reception, good location, excellent service

It was very central, with easy and free parking nearby, shops, restaurants, a grocery store and the ferry within a stone's throw. Late check-in was no problem since they have a very popular restaurant downstairs open until late. It also had a good bakery breakfast and coffee.

Small not busy hotel with great hospitality, very nice staff and great views.

Perfect location by the lake with amazing views from the balcony. The town of Cerro is perfectly walkable from this spot and livelier than most of the crowded touristy places around the lake. Very attentive staff and super accommodating kitchen who prepared a vegan breakfast for me.

Wonderful view from balcony right over the water. Snow capped mountains in the distance and beautiful lake view. It's a 12 minute walk from the train station which is right next to the ferry dock. Easy to take the ferry to the Borromeo Islands. The indoor heated pool was spectacular. With great views of the lake. The water temperature was 84°F and very pleasant.

Albergo Riva exceeded our expectations. Was the most beautiful place for our last night in Italy. Staff were amazing, the room beautiful and the view from the balcony was incredible, Wow. Beautiful location right on the lake. Lovely sitting downstairs having a evening drink.

Great hospitality, arrived late was offered great italian food even, prices are fair and everything was wonderful. Definitely recommend it. Best Pizza in the area!

The room and bathroom were both clean, spacious, and well furnished. The breakfast was very good (with plenty of gluten free options upon request) and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bike storage room was safe and easily accessible.
