Everything. Staff were friendly. Hotel is quaint with historic exterior, modern and clean interior. The views were amazing. Quiet area with small shops and restaurants close by.

Room with a beautiful view, excellent location and excellent food

Besides its perfect location to Villa Del Balbianello, this family run place was lovely to stay at. The staff were very welcoming despite any language barriers. The breakfast was an added bonus that was delicious. My room was clean and smelled so good. I felt like I was staying over at my grandparents house and it was a great feeling. I will definitely come back here on my next visit!

Everything. The room was good, it had a balcony with an exceptional amazing view. The restaurant was good and food was very delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The ferry was exactly in front of the hotel, so was very easy to reach any other locations nearby. I can just advise this hotel to everyone.

The view is amazing. Waking up with a very nice lake view makes you feel at peace. The position is very good, close to lots of places and near the ferry boat, so you can go anywhere.

Luca the hotel concierge was a charm and so sweet. Everything you need, he finds a way matter what it takes to make it happen.

Wow! Best value for money! Room was beautiful and clean. Nice staff was very communicative and helped us with late check-in by chat. Breakfast was the best one I had in all of Italy, the view was also beautiful. Thank you!

The staff were lovely. The accommodated every request we had. The room, albeit a bit small, had the best view we could imagine and a soothing sound of running water. Just one word of caution, the hotel does not have an elevator.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant and food were great, the hotel itself is small, intimate and beautifully decorated. They recommended many activities that ended up being highlights of our honeymoon. Highly highly recommended

Fantastic location, away from the main road and directly to the lake with a breathtaking wiev. Directly to the ferry terminal with feries going to Bellagio, Varenna etc. Walking distance to Villa Balbianello

Absolutely wonderful experience! The views were breathtaking, and the location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the ferry and fantastic restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we loved every moment. The value for money was exceptional! We can't wait to return and will definitely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends. The owners and staff took such great care of us, making our stay even more special. Highly recommend!
