The location of the hotel offers an amazing view. It’s just dreamy! The man at the reception was super kind and helpful. He called us when he realized that we hadn’t checked in during the day and waited for us when we arrived a bit later.

The staff was wonderful! Our room with the mountain view and terrace was exceptional. We enjoyed the lovely breakfasts and half board dinners. The place is spotless and clean, we had an incredible stay and the views are just to die for. The property has horses, a cat named Pauline and is pet friendly so lots of sweet dogs were present from other guests. It made us so happy to be around so many animals. We will be back!

Very pretty mountain hotel with a clean, comfortable room that even had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The restaurant had a nice selection of local cuisine. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I think this is the best stay I had anywhere yet. - Clean, quiet, moderately big room, nice bath. - Great service, incredibly nice lady of the house, (if I remember correctly, her name was Sara). Awesome staff and everyone was friendly and nice. - They had a room with things to read about the region, events and even had tickets at the ready for sightseeing plans. - Good food. Breakfast was diverse enough. And had different styles of bread, which were a nice touch. The food you could order from the restaurant was great. Great Kaiserschmarrn! - Great choice in materials and so many little touches, from drapes, to furniture to bedding. - A nice rustic mini museum of the countryside life that you can have a look at. - A cute cat that oversees everything from the terrace

The location shown on Booking was inaccurate, which made the hotel difficult to find. Parking was also very challenging, and we had to ask the staff for assistance. The breakfast was quite limited, with very few options available. Considering the quality of the services provided, we felt that the hotel was overpriced. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.

We had the best time! The staff went out of their way to increase our joy and relaxation. The pool and spa are designed beautifully, so relaxing and beautiful to the eye. All the senses are pleased by the outside, the food, the art, the care of each staff and the gorgeous furniture and bedding.

Excellent breakfast buffet with homemade jam and fresh local fruit that you usually do not get elsewhere. Very calm except the ringing of the cowbells in the morning. Nearby cable car and hiking trails to the "Rittner Horn".

The property is cute and awesome. 5-min drive from the beautiful st Vigil golf course. Staff at the hotel were super helpful and nice . The interior environment felt like home. Sauna was available . Food was delicious.
