Location was great, near the marmolada lift and a few little shops. Cute flowers around the hotel, balcony was nice, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious. All staff were were friendly and even helped me with my transportation coordination when an unseasonable snowstorm prevented my hike. Top notch!

The staff accommodated adding my daughter to our room, and were so helpful when we asked for help with the bus schedules. Gino was a great staff member, as well as the wonderful woman serving our meals.

The hotel is in a very nice quiet location, which is near Marmolada and a few kilometer drive to Arraba. Ms. Elena (owner) is the best - responsive, helpful and very attentive to our needs. Their breakfast is also very well thought of, well-curated and homey but filling. The rooms are super clean - cleaned everyday. They even handed us a gift on our departure day (see photo). They also have a market downstairs so you can easily stock up on supplies

The room was quite comfortable and well heated. I had a balcony with a mountain view. The wellness center was better than expected. Saunas are too hot for me, but the heated pine room was just right. Breakfast had a nice variety. I also liked the dinner options and the delicious ice cream. Parking is available around the hotel. The Malga Ciapela cable car is less than a ten minute drive, so this is an ideal hotel for skiers.

Got a free room upgrade. Amazing place to stay and use SPA after long hiking day with nice restaurant and internal bar.

This mountain-style room is so beautiful, and the view from the big balcony is breathtaking! ⛰️😍 The hosts are super charming, friendly, and hospitable. 🤗 The place has a cozy, warm vibe, and there's even a fireplace and a bar in the common area. You can also play ping pong or table football, and they let us play for hours! The garden has a nice swing and outdoor beach chairs where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Dolomites. You can also get dinner there, and they'll even tell you about it before you arrive. There's free parking on the premises, and the handyman even offered to store our motorcycle in the garage overnight. He was so helpful, but I forgot his name, unfortunately. The village itself is small but charming. I definitely recommend it and would go back! They even gave us some delicious farewell cookies, we definitely didn't want to leave so soon.☺️

Great hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good size room that had an amazing view. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the view Breakfast included. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view, nice balcony. Pedal boats right there at the hotel dock- ready for a cruise on the lake.

I loved this hotel - the owner was so nice and accommodating. He allowed us to use the outside yard and hang our hiking clothes on the clothesline to dry. His dog was also super nice!

The staff was amazing , very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing . The dinner is amazing as well . Sign up for dinner if possible it’s well worth it! We also signed up for a massage and went to the sauna which was wonderful. The view from our balcony was spectacular and the hotel is located near many shops and a little market to buy snacks if needed with plenty of hiking areas. Very close to Marmolada! Thank you we all loved our trip and will be back!

Nice breakfast and tranquility

This is operated by the third generation and the owners were wonderful. Nice bar to relax in after skiing. The breakfasts were great. It is in a beautiful location and short drives to two ski areas. There are restaurants within 3k but no public transportation so you must have a car.
