The staff were lovely, the location was excellent, a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The breakfast was very good. The evening restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The view was magical, overlooking Lago Maggiore, the room was very clean, the breakfast was very nice with lots of very good choices, the staff in the reception desk were very friendly, accommodating of our requests, and very helpful. The staff attending at breakfast were very cordial and helpful.

Gorgeous and quiet property, had room 1 which has a huge terrace balcony with a wonderful view including the lake. I had room 6, also a lake view. Very comfortable, easy check in video and directions. Really good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Great modern villa with the style of historic hotel near the lake of Varese.

Staff were so kind, breakfast was amazing and the room was very comfortable. The location was a bit far from major towns and sights but definitely worth the price.

Great hospitality, arrived late was offered great italian food even, prices are fair and everything was wonderful. Definitely recommend it. Best Pizza in the area!

Albergo Riva exceeded our expectations. Was the most beautiful place for our last night in Italy. Staff were amazing, the room beautiful and the view from the balcony was incredible, Wow. Beautiful location right on the lake. Lovely sitting downstairs having a evening drink.

Everything was perfect . The restaurant inside the hotel (Eat meet) was spectacular. ( Special thanks to all the guys and girls working there specially Miss Yara ). The spa was good .

The couple that runs the relais were wonderful. They were friendly and spoke several languages. They provided great recommendations, wonderful simple food, and a warm welcome. They remained friendly and efficient even when things got busy. They are a classy pair. The accommodations were fabulous and the grounds quite lovely with a wonderful view of the lake. The surroundings were very quiet. They even had EV charging!
