This 33 room family run hotel is central in Marina di Campo, once you have parked in the Hotel free secure car park, you can walk to any Part of the town of Marina di Campo in around 10 minutes, most of which is pedestrianised and without steps or staircases. This hotel is a very very good bed and breakfast modern hotel with disabled access and a lift. It was a full board facility many years ago, it is surrounded by restaurants within a 2 to 10 minute walk depending on your preference. A fantastic Holiday location for young and old, next year we intend to return and invite our adult children and especially our grandchildren as we feel it it is such a great family environment in Marina di Campo. Young children gather and play in the well lit town Square in the evenings just 40 metres from front door of the hotel while parents sit chatting on the surrounding benches. In the daytime on the opposite side of the hotel a modern children's play park facilitates lots of children on swings, slides and a roundabout. This does not create any noise effecting the hotel environment. The beach is a three minute walk with hardly a step in sight suitable for all ages, with one very quiet road to cross to get onto the beach.

The breakfast was beyond imagination. Excellent presentation of a wide selection of breakfast dishes.

The proximity to the beach, the wonderful breakfast, and very large pool area all made for a very nice and relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was super friendly and conserned with our wellbeing and extra wishes, the location could not be better the rooms are pretty, free parking is available and super practical, the food was delicious!

Modern style hotel with professional staff being very attendive and care taking. A place to stay for people appreciating a full scale hotel service in a perfect location. The pool is great and offers besides a very nice bar also access to the local beach just crossing corniche road.

Hotel Punto Verde was in a perfect location! It was close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. They served a beautiful breakfast with many options. The room was clean and decorated in a unique and “beachy” way. It had a nice terrace with a table and chairs. The best part of the hotel,however, was the staff! They went above and beyond to be helpful and to make the stay comfortable one. Well done, Hotel Punto Verde!

The property is beautiful, the plants and the lobby are so nice and the whole property had a very tropical, vacation feel. It was beautiful.

The villa is located a little secluded 1.8 km from the beach in the middle of greenery. In front of the villa there is free parking and a lawn with grass and a playground for children. There is a terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings. Comfortable apartments with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, oven and capsule coffee machine. A welcome pack of sweets is provided for coffee upon arrival. Jimmy, a pleasant and friendly host, is always ready to help. The Wi-Fi works well. Clean and quiet.

Breakfast was excellent as is the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would return.
