The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the water hot. There is ample parking either on the premises or in the street immediately outside the hotel. The breakfast room is colourless decorated in art-deco style and looks great. Breakfast is included and you need to complete a form the night before, of what you want to eat. The hotel is well situated for access to a free beach.

This B & B had one of the most comfortable beds we’ve encountered! The room was clean and spacious with a nice little balcony for sitting in good weather. The host communicated well to make check in and getting settled easy. The location is just a fairly short walk to the beach. Breakfast was tailored to our preferences.

The sea was cleaner than other resorts like Viareggio. Free parking everywhere! There's no promenade with bars shops and restaurants on a main road, although cafes are accessible from the beach front, otherwise you have to explore a bit, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. We found a great Thai restaurant the white elephant. The Venezia restaurant did a great lunch menu, good price. Not sure that there is much more to do than spend time on the beach, although that's what we were there for, having said that, there seemed to be plenty of parks and stuff for kids. Most definitely wouldn't recommend the restaurant Bagno Polda, kitchen staff were incredibly rude, the waiter was nice enough but was really slow and didn't bring a menu just told us what there was (which I hate)..bread stale, calamari was good as was the wine, but overall it was really overpriced. The venezia served same mixed fried seafood but was double the portion and half the price. All beach bars were very friendly. Lots of sunbeds available, but small free bathing area. I would go back for a relaxing weekend when the sea warms up a bit!

Very nice and beautiful place where beach and restaurants are fantastic. I recommend CÀ DEL restaurant, price good, very delicious food. Nice place. And to taste a very delicious ice cream I recommend Theobrom Nanus gelato yogurteria. Search this place near the church of carrara

I liked this town, but since it’s small and it’s mostly a seaside holiday, I would recommend a 5-6 day trip. I was there for 2 weeks, it was a little boring. I’ve beeing in good restaurants,for example, La Shabula, Il Pierrot.

This town is small and purely beachside, I would recommend staying there for 5-6 days, I stayed there for 14 and it was a little bit boring at the end. Everything has already been looked at, overall it’s a nice place, but there’s not much to see.

I can NOT recommend this place to anyone. It is close to the sea but you can’t se it enourmus stabilimenti’. If you do go to the sea the water seams dirty and not worth swimming in. The best you can do is to use the place for driving to other places near by - Siena, Pisa, Lerici… Do not stay in Marina di Carrara 😡 Terrible place! A nightmare!

Beautiful hotel, great location, run by friendly and helpful people. The room is sufficiently large and the bed is comfy. The bathroom was superb with the Carrara marble plates. Also we received a lot of help from the staff as they recommend great restaurants, booked a superb place on the nearby beach and gave advices regarding Cinque Terre. Also it is a great starting location to visit Cinque Terra by boat or by train.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful B&B very close to the beach with lovely views of the Apuan Alps! The room was spacious, very clean and quiet, and the location was perfect, right in the centre of the beautiful Marina di Carrara! The breakfast was delicious and the people in charge were absolutely wonderful kind people who made our stay brilliant! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The hotel was very good — everything was clean, fresh, and tidy. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. There was both underground and outdoor parking available. The beach was just a 7-minute walk away, and there was a nearby area with shallow, sandy shores which was perfect for relaxing.
