Everything was excellent as always, it’s my favorite hotel spa in the area

I have stayed in this hotel several times during the last approximately 10 - 15? years, and I very much appreciate its keeping up the good quality and the personal style - honest, nothing fake the staff has always made me feel welcome and special the location near the railway station is very convenient for me I like the traditional comfort the hotel offers; I do not appreciate continuous renovations or unnecessary showy details I appreciate the spacious bathroom and the balcony I like the simple safe with a key and the ever important whole body size mirror to see your shoes the breakfast is very substantial with good quality ingredients and served nicely in a large dining room there is a charming little bar open late in the evening for coffee/drinks; I am out all day so have no experience about meals the garden in the front is spacious with places to sit in the shade

Very comfortable hotel in a great location with good parking. The food and the pool were very good. I enjoyed my stay.

We loved the hotel. Everything about it was excellent. This has become our favorite Terme hotel in MonteGrotto or Abano. The pools are large and clean as are all the facilities. The food was also excellent -- especially the breakfast. Our double room was the perfect size. We will go back to this hotel.

Affordable room with two twin beds for a friend and I. Nice little balcony, spacious bathroom, but most importantly the access to the thermal pool area was the best part. We enjoyed the whole afternoon of our checkout in the 3 large pools, had an aperitivo at the simple little outdoor bar, then after breakfast we checked out so we could spend the rest of the day at the pool, which was included even if we had only booked one night.

Room was quite luxurious. Thermal pools were very relaxing.

Very nice staff, especially the lady at the front desk. Their breakfast was really good with great baked goods.

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We happened to be there the day of Italy’s biggest summer festival, and we had booked ahead for dinner at the hotel. The staff had arranged a party, with live music, outside by the pool. It was magical. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding. We speak only a little Italian; the staff went out of its way to explain things in English throughout our stay. Every single person we interacted with was so welcoming that we felt happy just being there. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Well maintained with good facilities, friendly and professional staff. It’s a bit far from the train station if you want to walk, but not impossible. A great place to get away. They are very accommodating to anyone needing a gluten-free diet. Overall and excellent hotel and spa.

Best staff we ever came upon. From reception to restaurant, all were courteous and very nice. The entire SPA area was excellent! Breakfast outstanding. This is a class hotel in every sense.

Amazing meals every night, wonderful breakfast every morning. Great spa with multiple pools. The staff were exceptional. Easy access to small town shopping or quick train ride in to Venice. Great bike paths and free bikes at hotel. Hotel shuttle to town was also great.

Breakfast was delicious! Lunch and dinner were absolutely fantastic! The pools were perfect! The entire hotel was reallyyyyyyyy clean!
