United Stateswell, I loved everything about this property! What a warm welcome I received from Orvietta!! her apartment is absolutely beautiful. I just love the color scheme that she used to decorate. It’s perfect. I loved that. They actually knocked on my door very early in the evening so I could meet the rest of the family. Then her husband and she offered to take me anywhere I needed to go if I needed to go to the store or anything. I had already walked to the store so I didn’t need anything, but I just thought that was so kind and way over the top!

I enjoyed my stay in Monterosi and I found it to be a great location along the via Francigena. The courtyard and room were cute, but like everyone says, Dilyana is what makes this B&B special. Its like meeting an old friend. She will make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, during my visit it was raining really hard, so she couldn't offer an evening meal on the patio of which she is known for. But, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted for breakfast at the precise hour I requested it.

Better than any hotel stay. Couldn’t have been more perfect . 12/10 Superbly clean room and most comfortable mattress. Spacious with good storage space. Small table and chairs. Very pleasant courtyard space with table and chairs, covered in case of rain. Host was amazing and a great chef. Healthiest delicious breakfast we’ve had during our month walking the Via Francigena. Location set back from road right on VF. We had a great peaceful night sleep.

Exceptional stay in Monterosi. The appartment is gorgeous. So peaceful and clean and amazing. The garden is marvelous. Dilyana the owner is so kind and helpful. Also an amazing breakfast in the morning. Great location in the heart of Monterosi. 15 minutes walk to the beautiful lake. I m going to miss this place. Loved it so much. Thankyou Dilyana for your magnificent hospitality. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room, outside patio is gorgeous, location on the Via Francigena and in the village of Monterosi was perfect. The host was very helpful and gracious. Breakfast was a lovely and good selection. Twin room as requested. Everything was spotless.

Dilyana's place in Monterosi is nearly perfect. It was a good place to stop along the Via Francigena. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Dilyana prepared a delicious breakfast for us. Loved our time in Monterosi with Dilyana.
