Beautiful old hotel. Rooms were mostly comfortable (couldn't figure out how the AC works). Not as close to the upper city as I had hoped. Short walk from the train station though.

The owner went out of his way to make sure I had everything. The place is new, clean. Coffee maker, a kettle and numerous snacks were available in the kitchenette. Parking is within a short walking distance, which is a plus!

I highly recommend a stay. We had a wonderful experience. The property is so nice and scenic. The room was huge, with a kitchen and dining area. We loved the restaurant as well. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy the property, spa, etc.

I've been to Italy many times and I've visited a number of...

I've been to Italy many times and I've visited a number of other towns on this trip, but I've never been to Narni before. It turned out to be a real gem on my itinerary, a place that really fascinated me. You can reach any point in town easily if you don't mind a little uphill walk. Ponte d'Augusto is a great attraction on its own right and the town offers a lot to see - even underground! Food was great and prices quite reasonable. Very special medieval atmosphere, and I had a great experience walking along footpaths on the side of the hill with lots of fireflies around after dark.

Beautiful to wander around, although the reason we were there was the IrishFest 2026, which was rather disappointing, not too much "Irishness", no sense of celebration of all things Irish, no Irish atmosphere, and very few people. We were quite disillusioned with the Festival, but lucky Narnis is an amazing, little hilltop town with a lot of historical buildings and windy, ancient streets to explore.

Narni is a beautiful small hill town.

Narni is a beautiful small hill town. The only thing was that Narrni underground was closed because it was off season. We also went to the marble cascade, but it was off season. The cascades were not at full strength because it was not a weekend.

You can walk up to the old town, although I only walked down because Google Maps only showed a route up the main road, which looked very busy and unsuitable for walking. I advise checking the bus times as they don’t seem to be that frequent. Once you’re in the old town, there’s plenty to see. I did the Narni Underground tour. It was in Italian, but I had a folder of notes to read so I was able to follow the gist of what the guide said. Highly recommended!

Great location if you want to explore the medieval town of Narni, in the very center, quiet. Three minutes from the parking lot. The underground parking card given by the host helped a lot. Comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very clean. Thank You, Marco :)

Comfortable. Convenient for the town centre. All facilities in the apartment were good. Host was so helpful as we booked as a last minute decision. Narni has a lovely centre and is a town that could be easily overlooked.
