The hosts are the kindest people I have ever met. They welcomed us very well, gave toys to my 3 year old daughter and gave us information on the location. The breakfast was great with many healthy options. Very clean.

The staff is wonderful! The front desk people were very helpful and enjoyable to speak to and very knowledgable about the area. The restaurant staff is great as well. Our waiter always made sure we had everything we needed and gave very good service. The hotel is older however very clean and has some modern features mixed in and done very well. Acqui Terme was wonderful with a great old downtown area and we enjoyed visiting the fountain.

Family of 4 travelled as quick stop before heading to France. It’s in a great location within the wine region, close by UNESCO world heritage spot. The pizzeria stays open late for dinner and offers good wine, plus the free breakfast is a nice bonus. I loved their coffee. Once you’re there, you really have nothing to worry about. The host provided clear, informative instructions, and all the staff were friendly when we arrived for both dinner and breakfast.

Great staff. We needed a late check out and they worked very hard to make it work. Though the rooms themselves were a little dated, I really liked the artwork in the halls on my floor. Breakfast buffet had many options! Also perfect location.
