The mattress in the bed was very good

Piacenza was a stop on the way to France so we wanted a hotel outside of the city. This hotel worked well for our purposes. Ample parking and easy to find. Modern. Breakfast was not included in the price but it was very inexpensive so we included it. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly!!! Definitely would stay there again!

I forgot my hand bag with money and passports in it in the safe and nothing was touched.thank you for your honesty to the staff and we need more people like you in the world.

We had gotten to the hotel 3 hours earlier than check in and the woman ( I am sorry I do know her name ) let’s us park the car in the parking facilities and gave us a Fantastic room on the 6 th floor. She and her other staff was Fantastic and very helpful

This hotel is conveniently located off the autostrade and has secure parking. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. The bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower with two rain shower heads. The a/c was cold and internet worked well and it had plenty of outlets for charging devices. The restaurant is excellant with lots of choices for dinner and then for breakfast. Staff speaks English.

Beautiful old property sympathetically adapted to give you modern amenities.The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious-as was the espresso!
