The location is up on the hill, with the rooms spread over an exceptional nice garden (large lavender plants included :)). The staff is very friendly, really paying attention for the guests to feel spoiled. The small restaurant is not to be missed - the food is delicious and the atmosphere is cosy!

Brand new! Very contemporary architecture with high-end finishes. One of the nicest swimming pools I’ve ever seen with beautiful design and infinity edge with the Swiss Alps in the background. Great restaurant for drinks and breakfast. The grounds are immaculate and expertly designed. The check in process was professional with a personalized tour of the property and the room. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

When looking to book a hotel in the Lake Como area, we came...

When looking to book a hotel in the Lake Como area, we came across Casale Bella Vista and loved the quaintness of the hotel, as well as the beautiful scenic views. We were not disappointed. Everything about our stay was lovely. The owner/manager of the hotel, Giovanna, was wonderful. She tended to our every need, making sure we were comfortable and well fed. We didn't realize, however, that it would have been more convenient to have our own vehicle when visiting Pianello Del Lario. We were traveling by train and bus and didn't know how far we would have to go to the hotel. However, after contacting Giovanna, she made arrangements for us to be picked up. She also reviewed our travel plans after leaving the hotel and suggested a more convenient, time saving, and cost saving plan to get to our next destination. She made all the arrangements for us. I consider her our "angel". I would definitely recommend this hotel not only for the scenic beauty and lovely accommodations, but also for the excellent customer service and management due to Giovanna's hard work and consideration of her hotel guests.

Great location although a car is needed you can walk to the...

Great location although a car is needed you can walk to the lake/bus stop in 10 minutes where you can pick up the ferry to visit towns on the lake or jump a bus, so on days you wish to leave the car behind you have good options to make the most of the area. Superb place to relax, take in the surroundings and explore.

Instructions to reach the house are given through videos made by the landlord. The keys are not delivered by anyone, there is a lock outside the house. The house is on the mountains, 2 hours away from Milan and 1.5 hour away from Como. The worst is that there is a door that connects the apartment with another apartment. Of course, there was no description of this or photo on booking.com. For this reason we left the house in some hours, we did not feel safe at all with this door inside the house, that was obviously locked but not safe! We lost all of our money and the landlord did not refund us, although we only stayed there for some hours! The booking was for 5 nights. Booking.com felt really sorry for our experience and tried to compensate us with their way.

The apartment fully met our expectations – it was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable, so we quickly felt at home. Its location is also excellent, close to the lake where the views are simply breathtaking. The biggest highlight, however, was Gabriel himself: a truly kind, welcoming, and helpful host. If we come back to Lake Como, we will definitely choose this place again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Casale Bella.Vista. The location is very peaceful, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The top terrace offers a fantastic view over the lake. The property looks recently renovated — everything was new, clean, and spotless. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable experience near Lake Como!

It was a remote, quiet part of Lake Como. There’s a great restaurant on the waterfront about 200metres away from here. The owner, Stefano, was lovely. Our WiFi wasn’t working at first and he got it sorted inside a day. He was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax at lake Como.

Bobana met us at the apartment and showed us around and Gave us very useful information about the local area. The apartment had brilliant facilities and was lovely and clean on arrival and had the most Amazing view! Apartment was easily accessible and was close to local amenities such as supermarket, bar and restaurants.

The hotel is outstanding, honestly one of the best ive ever been to. Beautiful location, food was superb, usually i don’t write reviews, but this place is exeptional. I would call it quite luxury. Water in swimming pool was too cold for me. Apart from that everything was 10/10.
