The Castle was more than we could have hoped for. Beautifully designed, clean, with incredible facilities. Everything from the room to breakfast was at a high standard, and more than anything the service was amazing. Gorgeous mountain view above the town, and a ski shuttle stop right outside the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a charming town, a bit farther from the main ski area, but it is well connected by a gondola, which makes getting to the slopes convenient and easy. The hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained, and everything worked smoothly for a short stay.

The room was clean, comfortable and in close proximity of the cable. The staff was amazing and really helpful. My son lost his phone on our last day. We were lucky that somebody found it and brought it to the police. The hotel staff was nice and helped us by retrieving it. They packed it and we could organize a courier to pick it from the hotel and bring it to Romania.

I have to praise the ski resort - it is excellent for skiing...

I have to praise the ski resort - it is excellent for skiing because in winter there is always enough snow, the landscapes are stunning, and there are diverse ski slopes for both beginners and experienced skiers. And the place itself, although small, has a few cafés where you can relax by the fireplace after skiing.

Beautiful small italian village.

Beautiful small italian village. Charming with small shops and restaurants. Fantastic for skiing holidays s nicer than Tonale since it has a charm of the small town. There is swimming pool as well and ice skating. I think it is great place in summer holidays as well.

I booked I booked at 7 o’clock on the evening that I was going to stay. They were incredibly efficient in managing my booking and showing them my room. Everyone was very friendly. They had a fantastic restaurant below which served delicious local food, in abundance. I went to bed early, and wasn’t disturbed by anything at all. In fact, my sleep score was 91, which is very good. In the morning I was served a delicious breakfast with tasty coffee, of course. It’s a lovely family business and a great find.

Very cosy, authentic but fresh hotel. Outstanding staff, super supportive with all the matters. Tasty breakfast. Very beautiful sauna with superb views of the mountain. It is also convenient for the skiers, - shuttle bus is just outside the door, the hotel also has very convenient room for equipment, including the heated lockers for the shoes.

The breakfast was excellent. I regularly woke up to the smell of fresh baked bread which was really nice. The staff were very helpful and the room modern and large. It was a short walk from the hotel to the ski lift that accessed all different parts of the terrain, which was great
