This spacious room with balcony (one of several rooms with different features onsite) is just two blocks from the Asinara ferry. You’re about four blocks from the center of town. Free street parking was easy on the adjacent street. Best of all, the host worked hard on our behalf to get us e-bike rental information and other things related to our ferry trip to the island.

Porto Torres is a small town and one can think it has not...

Porto Torres is a small town and one can think it has not much to offer. Actually, it has some very good and special restaurants and in August it hosts the “summer carnival” which is very nice. But the nicest thing about it is the logistic position ; with maximum 30 minutes driving you can reach many different beaches in any direction

We found this town a little boring.

We found this town a little boring. Although it is a perfect starting point for a ferry trip to Donkey Island (with bikes rented in town), or for an intermediate stop on a journey, but not worth spending even one full day.

This agriturismo has a charming and simple ambience. Rooms were very comfortable with lovely terrace. But the standout experience was the delicious meal cooked by Anna and Pierluigi and served with local wine. Vegetables from the garden and Sardinian specialties. Very reasonably priced.

Good contact with the host, welcome bottle of local wine :) Beach equipment available, umbrella, mat, etc. Room in a block of flats in the suburbs, access to kitchen and living room, hassle-free car parking. You can feel like a resident of Porto Torres ;)

The most comfortable bed (and we slept at 10 different locations throughout our trip on Sardinia & Corsica). High quality equipment. Balcony and having a cup of coffee there in the morning, looking at the sunrise. Nice & helpful neighbour and host.
