We came to Postalesio to search for my roots-my grandparents emigrated from this village in the early 1900's. When I mentioned this to Carmen she was amazingly helpful! She called the communal archives for information, organized a "grand tour" of the old family homestead, & arranged for some distant relatives to meet up with us at her & Alberto's place for a fun evening! What a wonderful host! The place is very clean & cozy with a beautiful panoramic view! We hope to visit again.

The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The view from the window was the river and mountains, just beautiful. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection for everyone. The hotel stored our luggage while we wandered around the town. We would definitely return!

Very friendly staff who replied to my messages very fast and helped with many different situations. Specially, we enjoyed the authentic Alpine kitchen (menus were also available in English, some gluten-free meals were offered). The room was very spacious, clean and furnished with nice style.
