United StatesI was not expecting such amazing hospitality but Didimos hotel exceeded all my expectations! Every single staff member I met was so friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. We had originally only booked for one night but we enjoyed the hotel and the prime location that we easily extended for an extra night. We also had dinner one night at their restaurant inside the hotel and everything was exceptional, food, service, atmosphere 10/10! The location of the hotel is in a great area, right by the train station and the water. Felt very safe as well. You also have a great view of Sicily on their rooftop. Amazing value for the price, I will definitely be coming back if I am ever in the area again.

Reggio Calabria is a beautiful small city with friendly people and lots of resources within the center. Many places of interest, stores, restaurants, and churches can be reached by walking or public transportation. Train travel is very convenient to the beach area. It is recommended that at least some travelers in the group have a beginner level of Italian language skills. The beaches are mostly covered with pebbles. The water is crystal clear but gets very deep within a few meters from the shore in most spots.

there is not much to see in Reggio Calabria, except it is a perfect starting point for daily trips to nearby towns. Many trains connection in different directions. Many places to see, but some requires car rental.

The Riace Bronzes were as magnificent as we had expected.
The Riace Bronzes were as magnificent as we had expected. Book for the opening slot and stand in front of the pieces alone. The traffic is a massive challenge for anyone who enjoys relaxed driving. Parking is almost impossible, but not quite. The elegant Main Street, Corso Garibaldi, can compete with the best in Italy. Step outside this sector and things are much more modest. The Pinacoteca Civica holds some of the few works by Antonello da Messina but was shut because two days before it had been used for voting in local elections. Check before you risk a disappointment. A hydrofoil day visit to Messina in Sicily is worth it.

It is a historic setting.
It is a historic setting. A visit to the museum is well worth it as is a visit to Cesare for ice cream. The walk along the seafront has stunning views and parallel roads are great for eating and shopping. It has a feel of the South of France.

I love Reggio Calabria.
I love Reggio Calabria. I think it is under-rated by tourists. At Christmas the Main Street was a marvel, decorated beautifully with lovely tiny twinkling lights everywhere. The stores are beautiful, easily rival larger cities. The Bronzi di Riace in the Museo Nazionale are stunningly beautiful. And the other artefacts perfectly organized and displayed are fascinating. The museum is organized by finds of archeological digs. I have visited Reggio 3 times already and plan to return often.

Reggio Calabria was the best city of 5 cities I visited in italy during my stay.
And my one week stay at reggio calabria. was to short . Next time I visiting I will stay at least 14 days to be able to see and explore the city.

There is one thing that I will recommend any and all visitors to italy make shore to agree with the taxi driver about a price before you using a taxi at any airport or railways station in italy. Otherwise ,
They will charge you at least three times the price for the taxi trip.

Everything was fine! Nice host Aldo-very helpful, room is very clean and inside you have everything what you need for living.Great!
Location very close to the airport building so it’s nice option to stay there if you have early morning flight🙌
The host sent us restaurants which we can visit near our location, and places which we should visit in Reggio di Calabria. On the very first day Aldo offered to take us to the city center, it was very kind of him! So I highly recommend this place!

Chiara is so welcoming, warm and friendly. The property is in such a great location. Everywhere is walkable and the airport is a short bus ride away. We were so close to the train station so we could easily take the train to Scilla or Tropea. The facilities are great and the breakfast is excellent and good value. I was given a separate breakfast option to cater for my allergy which Chiara arranged every morning and made sure I had plenty to eat and drink.

Tina is an excellent host. She's very helpful with a lot od good advices and recommendations about trips in Reggio di Calabria. We felt very comfortable in Leus Appartment. They really take care about every single thing to make guests feel like home. Breakfasts were great, room was cleaned every single day and equipment was perfect. We couldn't choose better location. I highly recommend to stay in this place.

Everything was great, it was all clean, spacious, everything you need is there including coffee and coffee maker. There was also a bottle of water in the fridge which was a nice touch. It is a very good property, we felt like at a 5 star hotel.
