Hotel Posta was an impressive hotel located in the heart of Reggio Emilia. It is many, many hundreds of years old, and naturally has a lot of history. The bar was small yet lovely, and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed borrowing a nice bike from the hotel, and riding to visit the gorgeous Collezione Maramotti which was a fast bike ride away (or a long walk). The room was large and very clean, and the value for money was fantastic. I look forward to staying again some day.

I was enchanted by the old town. I was here purely by chance for a wedding and had no idea that this city had such a beautiful old and cozy center. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes "old" Italy.

Beautiful old building with a fascinating history. A great job has been done to restore and renovate Hotel Posta into a comfortable, inviting hotel with attention to touches that made the stay feel luxurious. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and white linen tablecloths were changed between every sitting. The location was also good, making it easy to walk to delicious dining spots and to other historical sites.

Excellent place to stay. Nice comfortable clean room, the bathrooms were always clean and fresh, nice shower, nice kitchen area, all was perfect, and Sergio is the perfect host too. Will certainly book again on my return to Reggio Emilia. The property is only a 10 minute walk from the railway station, and close walking distance to the old city center, shopping, eating, bars etc all nearby. Would highly recomend.

Everything. We stayed one night on our way through Italy. The location was excellent- easy to find and close to the autostrada and there was plenty of parking space. The lady on reception (Beatrice) was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was excellent - clean, spacious and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We'd definitely go back.
