It’s surreal!!! We stayed in a palace and were treated like nobility. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is in an authentic southern Italian town, nothing touristy here! We were embraced by our host and the locals. A treat is having our breakfast provided a short stroll away at the local bar/cafe.

Hotel San Marco is a wonderful family-run establishment – inviting and comfortable. Cleanliness is our most important concern and we were not disappointed. With the necessary amenities, comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere, we felt right at home. The owner and staff go out of their way to fulfill guests' requests which is appreciated. A special treat is their delicious homemade meals for supper! We have stayed there in the past and will do so again! Our thanks to Signora Vitina, her son and the entire staff! :)

The location was very good, but it was also beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself is a little shabby and a little dated. It was made up for by the location and the staff. Staff were incredibly friendly, even charming. The food was excellent!
