Pretty much everything. Teresa is a terrific host, the place is warm, cozy, and well equipped for a few days of relax. We enjoyed great breakfasts and a couple of nicely prepared and presented dinners. Our room was spotless and quiet. Prices are unbelievable if compared with other places in Tuscany. The nearby little town, while not outstanding,offers some good options for dining and a well managed and informative tourist office. Finally there are several interesting hikes and trekking paths that you start from the aerea. And obviously you’re in Tuscany with superlative spots all around you.
