I stayed there for one night and it was pefect for that. The pizza place downstairs was amazing.

We were thrilled to make last minute reservations (we literally arrived 5 minutes later) and discover a very comfortable room and with a very lovely dining room still open (we arrived late in the evening as well) for us to enjoy. We were so satisfied that we stayed another night, albeit in another room, this one with a balcony and a lake view! No better place to watch a rainstorm that evening the likes of which I've never seen before.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with great views of the city and mountains. Highly recommend this hotel. I will visit there again.

The location is very good, with lots of on-site parking. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and pillows, a nice bathroom, good air conditioning, and a minibar. The pool was great for cooling down, and there was a pool bar where you could get drinks in the afternoon. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and friendly staff providing good service. Last but not least, the location was excellent — about a 10-minute walk down to the lake and the town center, with bars, restaurants, and a few supermarkets.

Staff was extremely and genuinely kind and helpful at their best. Wellness area was nice and well equipped. Common spaces were spacious and clean, location easily accessible.

Staff. Parking. Food. Breakfast. The location is right in the city centre. Close to supermarkets and malls. We did not use the spa facilities. The staff is very professional and helpful. Check-in and check-out smooth. We liked this place because it has an old-fashioned charm and great attention to detail. The mountain view directly from our room was stunning.
