The staff especially Nello was so helpful. Recommend a great restaurant where the owner drove us home to the hotel. Excellent staff.

Amazing location near the train station. Great room and furnishings. There was turndown service every day which we didn't realize was part of the stay and was a pleasant surprise!

I liked several things about this hotel. Firstly, the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we arrived late after all the restaurants in the city had closed. An old man who spoke little to no English went out of his way to prepare sandwiches and provide us with beers, even though it was past midnight. Additionally, they readily accommodated our need for an iron to straighten our clothes for the wedding. The extensive and delicious breakfast was a highlight, and they even offered us ham and cheese, recognizing that Italian breakfasts might not be as substantial as we North Americans are used to! 😄

Reception staff are great, very helpful and accommodating. Huge rooms with good air con. Parking easy.

The owner of the hotel is very hands-on and accommodating. The rooms are clean. We’re definitely satisfied with our stay here.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Though literally at the crossroads, you don’t hear the traffic when the window is closed. Easy ample parking just by your door, yet there’s another door that leads into a carpeted corridor to reception and breakfast. Spacious, clean and freshly decorated room. Very convenient to stay with and walk a dog. Lovely restaurant next door serving good food and wine. Great to have a bar at the hotel for a drink upon arrival before dinner.
