Very close to the beach. The water was as crystal clear as I hoped. The hotel is very large but wasn’t busy in October. They had lots of staff cleaning. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a car and drove north east to natural waterfalls and other beaches. We drove about 90 minutes one way then back but it was very worth it. I think Santa Maria Navarrese was very quiet and not much was going on when we were there but it s a good place to stay to drive up to the mountains

Perfect stay! Spotless, great location, lovely host. Beach, harbor and restaurants nearby. Baunei boat trip: a must! Note: My overall rating shows as 8, but that appears to be an error. My actual rating is definitely a 10, and I'm trying to get it corrected.

Lovely place to explore beauty of Sardinia's east coast.

Lovely place to explore beauty of Sardinia's east coast. One may combine trekking with relaxing beach days. Take a boat trip to picturesque cliffs and lagunes! Great experience! Very good and moderately priced restaurants is another point to consider

Beautiful, marvelous city. I don't need to add words or paragraphs to explain the experience. If you are in Sardinia, especially either in Olbia or Villasimius, please visit it. You will thank me later.

Lovely small resort.

Lovely small resort. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the beach, a boat trip up the coast, a trip to the mountains for lunch and to the national park. There were plenty of places to eat and drink and several great places to get good gelato.

Santa Maria Navarrese is a lovely little with a great local...

Santa Maria Navarrese is a lovely little with a great local vibe - not too touristy. Access to the best of the Baunei coast is brilliant and the town has some fabulous eateries and resturants to suit all budgets and tastes. We loved eating and people watching at Mac Puddu's. The best pizza in town was Su Forra. We took a day boat trip with Nautica and had Mauro as our guide - He was brilliant. Mauro knew the best spots to stop at the best times of day - his knowledge of the Coastline was excellent.

Basic hotel, but it was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We stayed here to use it as a base for our boat trip and the harbour was only a short walk away . There was plenty of free parking in the hotel, and we were able to leave our car all day without having to worry about it. Breakfast was very good and we had plenty of choice to start the day off with. There are quite a few restaurants nearby to choose from - all within very easy walking distance.

Very well located, short walking distance to the beach and to the port. Very convenient if you have an early boat trip. There is a very good amount of restaurants around at a good price. There is a lot of free parking just next to the hotel. Very clean and well organised.
