The breakfast and pizza were wonderful - far exceeded typical breakfast and dinner quality.

The hospitality was wonderful. The staff was extremely kind and attentive.

We had a perfect stay! The place was clean, cozy, and really nice. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. In the morning we enjoyed delicious croissants and coffee, and even some super tasty cakes. Honestly, one of the best stays we’ve had in Italy!

Hospitality was prompt and very friendly. Location right across from the old town center (opera house) was very convenient, yet the location was secluded and quiet!

Villa Il Patriarca is an elegant but relaxed gem in the heart of Tuscany. Staff is friendly, beds/rooms are comfy, breakfast is exceptional, the Taverna on site has delicious food and the grounds are beautiful.

Friendly staff, food was good, the bedroom was very spaceful, and the spa was great; 3 saunas and 2 pools. The massage was awesome. Great value for the price. Plus Tuscany is a piece of heaven.

We stayed here one night. The host was very welcoming and nice. We checked in late after landing in Rome, and we needed to find a place to eat. The host helped us find an open restaurant and told us how to get there (even with limited English). The breakfast was really good and a perfect way to start the day!

The proximity to the main road,climatization, cleanless,very good breakfast,at last but the vestiti was the staff.

Fresh and delicious breakfast, home-made Tuscan fruits and preservatives, fruit pies and other home bakes goods. Very old fashion family atm place just perfectly decorated and newly renovated.

The bed sheets were clean and fresh .

Good location , close to Moltepulciano and many great natural baths ( like Bagno Saint-Philippo), all exceptional views on Toscana are within 30 min from there ( like Pienza). Very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. He gives good advices for discovery of nearby locations, so don't hesitate to ask. Room is charming , has a ceiling ventilation, which is much more silent then usual a/c, but very efficient for summer heat. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade fresh italian pastries, cakes! We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and kept good memories. Grazie mille!

Very kind hotel owners – it’s a family: grown-up children and their mother. They truly care for their guests as if they were part of the family. The place is very peaceful and pleasant. We had both breakfast and dinner there. There’s parking available near the hotel. There’s also a small rooftop pool with sun loungers – and the view over Tuscany is breathtaking. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. If you’re looking for an affordable and quiet place – this is the one.
