We really enjoyed our stay here. The building and its gardens are beautiful, large and spacious. The pool seemed to be nice as well but it wasn’t open yet in April. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place. Maybe it gets more busy in summer time. We visited most of the towns nearby, the hotel is well positioned, so the most we have driven was an hour down to Lecce. But you will need a car if you want to get around, as this hotel is outside of Monopoly in a rural area surrounded by very old olive trees.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay. There are lots of space inside and outside for relaxing. The pool is well maintained and a joy for swimmers. The restaurant offers delicious local puglian dishes. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.

Even prettier than the photos, fantastic saltwater pool. Quiet with stunning vista from the sea view rooms.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Torre Cintola. Everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the views are simply breathtaking. The staff was exceptional—always kind, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The food was good, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail reflected the care and quality of the resort. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Puglia.

The hotel sits on a hilltop and the air is clean. It's a hotel without much modernization, still using a key system. The hotel has various blocks over 3 floors on each building. Restaurants serve great food with high level hospitality services.

We enjoyed the hospitality. Very sweet and nice people. Their breakfast was enjoyable and delicious (especially the scrambled eggs).

Staff was exceptional, super friendly and the location was top. We will definitely come back.

Outstanding property!!! I’m a hotel snob and I only seek out the best places. This farm stay truly has a level of quality, service, luxury and comfort that surpassed even the best hotels and resorts that I’ve stayed at. I would return in a heartbeat and wish we didn’t have to leave. It was particularly welcoming for our toddler and a beautiful crib was provided with a real mattress and adorable bedding that matched the bedding on our king size bed! The restaurant was impeccable and the breakfast lived up to its stellar reviews. The private beach club was a lovely touch. The housekeeping service deserves special mention. Everyday our room was thoroughly cleaned top to bottom by multiple maids. It was not just your typical bed making and freshening up, but a full cleaning. The bathroom was also particularly luxurious with many toiletries and comforts provided like bubble bath, facial sponges, foot pumices, slippers, robes, etc. The room had a private garden and outdoor terrace. It was like having our own cottage. The pool area with outdoor bar/restaurant was also very enjoyable. The peace of the landscape and views is unmatched as is the service. I really can’t say enough about the staff. They were friendly, eager to help us plan our days and they loved playing with our baby. We felt right at home and truly wanted to move in forever.

Having breakfast by the sea every morning was the best moment of our day. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Staff was always kind and attentive, great location to go from and to the different areas around.

All!! The place is beautiful and all the personnel are very kind. It was sad that we did not use all the nice facilities for the reasons of our trip, but we expect to back to this hotel
