Very, veryclean. Easy to find as it is directly off a local highway. There is an underground parking garage which was included when we stayed. The hotel has good mountain views from the back and spectacular ones from the front. There is a sidewalk in front of the hotel. I’m not sure where it ends, but it looked like you could go for a walk directly from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to us. We arrived in the evening and ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Both were very good (for dinner there is an extensive pizza menu and also a menu with appetizers, first and second courses, and sides). For breakfast we had freshly baked brioches (croissants) and bread baked that morning, along with the usual yogurt, cold cuts, cakes,fruits, juices, and water. There was a toaster available at breakfast. There was also a water boiler, instant coffee and tea in the room. For breakfast, the staff came to our table and took our coffee orders.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Since our train was departing very early in the morning, Pedro kindly prepared breakfast for us ahead of the usual breakfast hours. What impressed us even more was his willingness to help when he realized we were having difficulty finding a taxi at such an early hour. Without hesitation, Pedro personally drove us to the train station in his own car. His kindness, generosity, and outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels. Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.

Quieter side of town, beautiful view of Belluno and mountains. Short walk to downtown and train station. Kind and very helpful staff.
