What a beautiful house! And what a warm welcome from our host Luisa! The house is nestled in the tiny streets of Sorano, close to all the shops and restaurants. Luisa met us with the key and spent lots of time showing us the property and chatting about the town. We were walking Coast to Coast and this place had more than we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very nice to have a washing machine to get our gear freshened up! Luisa had great recommendations for places and dishes to eat, and lots of local knowledge. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy Sorano and this lovely house. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you Luisa.

Very good place, big flat, cleaned, equipped, super safe, internal free parking, good internet speed, beautiful backyard (garden, pool and playground), amazing staff and good cost vs benefit. Near the flat (1-1.5km) there a free public area which is very close Castelo Orsini where is the best place to start the tour in the city. I really recommend them. If one day I back in this region I will try to stay with them again.

The property is located in a perfect spot away from crowds. It has a great view with an amazing swimming pool perfect to refresh in the hot summer. The sunset was beautiful. The room was very clean and at night you can rest very well. We took dinner there and the food was good and good value for the price.

Amazing old town with the central fortress.

Amazing old town with the central fortress. Cute little shops and nice home made crafts and artwork to support local businesses. Also good food in the local restaurants. Fabulous views of the town and the countryside. Easy to reach from major cities. Only two hours away. We will be back again for our fourth visit!

Beautiful location near the towns of Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano. Many historical monuments and excavations from Etruscan times (caves, columbariums, necropolises). Region with many natural beauties, beautiful views, thermal baths, lots of greenery. Near the borders of the regions of Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria.

A lovely place to stay for a few nights amidst peaceful countryside - a short drive to wonderful Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana. Two apartments side by side - though we had the place to ourselves. Spotlessly clean and a good terrace space at the front to sit and eat. The small plunge pool was glorious at the beginning and end of the day. Daniela was delightful and the home made jam and honey much appreciated.

Absolutely my most favorite hotel in the world. And not just because of the magnificent fortress, and great view, but because of the friendliness of the hosts and the staff and what they offer. Delicious dinner and beautiful breakfast and home made wine and the tours, and everything. We will be back and hopefully sooner than a year will go by.

Silvia is the kindest and most caring host and person you could ask for! I felt soo well cared for during my whole stay and got a very lovely breakfast every morning 🩷 The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Sorano! I especially enjoyed the comfy bed and bathroom. You‘ve got all you need and more.

Very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Luisa was very kind and explained us everything where to go and eat. Ask her how to go and see the best view of whole Sorano from Rocca in front of the town.
