The hotel is located in a somewhat hard-to-reach place, but the setting is absolutely stunning — high in the mountains, with fresh air, incredibly beautiful mountains and valleys, murmuring rivers, and an atmosphere that is hard to describe in its beauty and authenticity. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and willing to accommodate our needs, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Very friendly staff who replied to my messages very fast and helped with many different situations. Specially, we enjoyed the authentic Alpine kitchen (menus were also available in English, some gluten-free meals were offered). The room was very spacious, clean and furnished with nice style. The sauna was a great experience and very relaxing - I can highly recommend it!

Tartano is a good location if you are looking for mountain...

Tartano is a good location if you are looking for mountain walks, nature and explore the mountain. We walked to the Ponte nel Cielo and we saw a chamois from it. There are many walks and locations to visit, our trip was too short to do it all. Better for kids that can walk, my toddler had some difficulty as she gets tired fast. The mountain roads are not wheelchair accessible on the walks we did. But this needs to be checked on a case by case.
