ItalyThis family owned business takes time to take take care of their guests and their property. The place is immaclate and the breakfast is lovely. They were so friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me with a ticket I had gotten earlier in the week at another location. They suggested good restaurants. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and having a glass of wine at the end of the day. I would've been happy to stay here longer! ❤️

Rather complicated access to the beaches.
Beware of leaving bikes, even if locked in remote places, the tyres of our bikes had been punctured, probably in preparation to be stolen later at night.
Else, wonderful natural beaches nearby and other natural reserves.

Location of the property.
Location of the property. You should have a car to roam around if you are staying at this property. Plenty of walking options around the beach. good restaurants near by.
Hotel restaurant has limited varieties. morning breakfast is minimal. they charge you 8Euro for omelette which is nonsense to my view. you cannot say breakfast included and add some addons to it to loot people instead of serving better food.
Staff need to be trained to serve customers better. if you want to be truly international, you need to come out of that aggressive talking to customer ( may be Italian nature).

Tirrenia is a nice beach city close to Pisa and Livorno.
Tirrenia is a nice beach city close to Pisa and Livorno. The city seems to be more a holiday destination and I guess it is more and more crowdy in summer than in winter. It s close by Livorno ferry harbor which is very convenient place to stay if you have an early boarding (15 minutes) . Supermarkets and gas stations are quite easy to find.

Strange place. Strange beaches. Sidewalk on one side is in complete chaos, you can easily fall down and break your leg. But food in the restaurant was nice. If you want to come here read more about it, so you can realize if it is for you. Definately not for me.

Fabulous location and very helpful staff (especially Alessandra on reception) BUT the property is very out dated with old furniture,uncomfortable chairs in bed room & uncomfortable sofa in living room .
Kitchen equipment was adequate but basic .
Restaurant setting was amazing with a wonderful see view but service was unbelievably slow & food only average

If it weren't for the horror show of the Green Park 'Resort'...
If it weren't for the horror show of the Green Park 'Resort', I may have given Tirrenia a good review. I would wish that there was some kind of committee to vote and close down this communist-style 'resort' who could care less about clients.

We absolutely loved it at hotel Bristol. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was calm and relaxing, the bed in our room was very comfortable and the whole hotel was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever seen. We really appreciated the option to freely use the hotel bikes and various discounts offered by restaurants and beaches for Bristol guests.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities and very helpful staff, room was clean and tidy, air conditioning throughout.
Pool was nice and quiet as most people went for the beach. Plenty of room to sit around and relax under a shade, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Kids loved it, great size family rooms.

The terrain of the hotel is huge, looks like a park with beautiful plants and trees, tracks for walks, two big swimming pools with the bar, big restaurant with tasty breakfast and proper choice.
Close to the beach and many nice restaurants around.
Rooms have AC and small fridge.
