Compared to other places in the area, this was one of the more affordable options, and we were very satisfied. When we entered the room, it had a really pleasant scent — honestly, it was my first time experiencing something like that. It wasn’t overwhelming, just a subtle, nice touch.

I chose the property mainly for the central location to visit both Trentino and Lake Garda, and with the Trento Card they provided it was very easy to use public transportation to get around. The friendly staff were very helpful in answering all my questions. Breakfast was enjoyable. Clean and comfortable facilities. I only used the pool once but it too was clean.

I first stayed at Mercure Nerocubo Rovereto six or seven years ago during a road trip on my way to the ski resorts of Madonna di Campiglio. At that time, the hotel proved to be a very convenient and well-chosen stop. On my current trip, I returned and stayed for one night only, and I was pleased to find that the overall experience remained positive. The hotel’s location is excellent for travelers passing through the area or heading toward the mountains and ski resorts. The service was genuinely pleasant; all staff members were friendly, welcoming, and clearly willing to help as much as possible. I would especially like to highlight David at the reception desk, who was extremely kind and professional. He was very cooperative, greeted guests with a warm smile, and communicated clearly and effectively, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Breakfast was another strong point of the stay. It was enjoyable and tasty, with a good variety of options, most of which were of high quality and well prepared—an excellent way to start the day before continuing the journey. Overall, whether during my stay several years ago or on this recent overnight visit, the hotel has maintained a good standard of comfort and service. I would confidently recommend it to anyone traveling through the area or heading to nearby ski destinations.

It was a stop on the way to another place. Perfect location for a short stay, about 15 min from highway. The rooms are out of date, but very clean - perfect for 1 night, a swimmingpool is nice addition. I also like it because of the wonderful view we had.

I was moved from Hotel Irma to an "upgraded" hotel called Luna Blanca. Patrizia at the front desk was wonderful: welcoming, accommodating, and interested in making sure I had a great stay. At my request, she moved me to a really lovely room. The spa was an added plus and easy to use, loved the cookies and tea. The view from my room was exceptional (407) and made the stay a really special experience. The chambermaids were very attentive and kept my room clean and resupplied.

Great stay—this hotel truly checked all the boxes. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location, and top-notch service throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
