Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and nicely done. The owners were very kind. They picked us up from dinner and brought breakfast to our room, which we ate on the lovely terrace. Francesca even made us a few sandwiches for our day's walk on the Via Francigena. Highly recommend!

This property was very convenient for walking the Via Francigena. It’s on the far edge of town but that allowed us to take a shortcut the next morning. Grocery and caffe just 5 minutes away. The shower was great and the kitchen had everything.

I loved everything about this property! The pool was absolutely wonderful after a long walk! The room was delightful and the bed so comfortable. Maria even cooked dinner for myself and one other guy. The restaurant wasn’t actually open but she did it anyway and I think that was wonderful of her. It was just a very unique experience. We communicated well thanks to our phones with Google translate! Just a lovely lady, and she even drove me into town to get on the trail for the Via Francigena the next morning. I really appreciated that.

We had the entire appartment and were able to check in early and make a great meal. Great hosts and perfect for relaxing while on the. Via Francigena! Host had cold water in the fridge to greet us and plenty of coffee for breakfast!

I stayed there while walking in via Francigena and this place had the nicest people during my whole walk to Rome. They really made me felt like I had arrived to home. 😌 As this place is a bit out from the Vetralla, so they made me homemade food and gave me some fresh food from their farm, so I could relax and prepare for the next day. I felt very welcomed. Also the facility is very nice and cozy.

Very close to the Via Francigena. The owner kindly offered to drive us to Vetralla so that we could get dinner - we declined, since it is only around 15 minutes’ walk away. Very good breakfast - the first time in Italy that I have been offered bacon and eggs. Best of all, the bed was very comfortable.
