Great proximity to public transportation. The staff were so helpful with navigating the transportation system. And the breakfast was phenomenal! Also enjoyed the pizza, delicious!

Tram station was directly across the street, free onsite parking, convenience store next door for some cold drinks and snacks, breakfast in the morning, and AIR CONDITIONING!

We didn't know what to expect,open the doors and it was very clean and nice,the young man at the desk was so helpful. We needed to be at church by 4:30,while be rushed to change he called us a taxi. The room was a great size,clean,cool. There was a mini market right down the street. The cost of the taxi was very reasonable.

It was a good hotel. Just try to reserve parking ahead of time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded so many thanks for that. The minimum cutlery in the room was the only thing missing.

**Unforgettable Stay!** The hotel is extremely comfortable and have well-decorated rooms, but could be bigger for three people. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. However, the real highlight was the staff, always attentive and helpful ( specially the girl of the breakfast who speaks Spanish, sorry I forgot her name😣) and the BEST guy, Bernie, the concierge, who treated us exceptionally well, offering valuable tips and always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable experience!

Amazing totally more than expected

The property was very unique. The decoration and theme were great and it gives warm feeling to the place. The room is spacious and homey and made us feel really comfortable. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, and so friendly. The food there is next level!

The team is just perfect! Raya from the reception is very polite and helpful! I need an early check in without notice, and I received very quick. With perfect breakfast and great espresso!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant overall, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff were all kind and professional, and we would especially like to thank Mr. Karim for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always attentive. Me and my husband would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Reception was nice, it may seem that the hotel is a little bit of outside from the center but it is easy to reach the hotel via tram. The facility was so clean and beautiful.

It's a very accessible location and very quiet so you can relax comfortably

We stayed with a friend for 3 nights. Although our room was not big, it was enough for us. Because we didn't have much luggage and we didn't spend much time in the room. We found the security, cleanliness and location very successful. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Milan.
