Close to the things we needed to access. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I stay here for 4 days and 3 night on my own. For first impression, i like that the room that is labeled non smoking is really non smoking. Its so clean and i dont smell any smoke from the neighbouring room. So i only smell it at the lobby sometime. And then i like how clean the place it, it might be an old hotel, i can see it from the interior, but it was clean. The ac is also clean, there is instruction in english too for non Japanese speaker for most things like the toilet button and the rule. Its also convinient that there is a vending machine at the lobby and a elevator. The elevator make it easy to bring the suitcase from the lobby to the room. The staff is the best part i think, they really kind and friendly! When i arrived quiet early before check in time to drop off my luggage at the lobby, they help me to put my luggage into my room so i can stroll around right after it. Also the staff can understand basic English (i think) a little bit, but i just use google translate for easier communication. They also help me send my suitcase to my next place. The cleaning service is also good i think, its tidy and i like how clean the towel too. The aminities is also good, the soap smell nice!. So far i really enjoy my stay here and would come back again when i visit Tokyo!

They were nice enough to allow us to checked in early prior to the 2pm check-in policy. I apologized of course for it was 2hours early but the staff smiled and answered it was okay coz the room was cleaned and ready And the breakfast served was really oishii☺️.

Recently opened so all is new. Just one block from the station and next to a mall. Strategic location to stay mid way from Ikebukuro to Chichibu or Kawagoe.

Impressive hotels with great rooms. The staff was very friendly, it felt like i was welcomed to a friends home. The rooms were very clean, big, stylish and in general gorgeous. The free drinks in the lobby were great too (not to mention the books). There is also a big supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

Rooms and bathroom are small but well organized. Breakfast we very good every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most staff did not speak english, some did, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and productive. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

A perfect way out of the big cities with a small town walk to the nearest station perfect for anyone wanting to stay close but get away from the city

Everything! Mostly the tub/jacuzzi followed by the delicious breakfast!

Everything was good except the room was dusty. Only one weird experience for us was that they don’t give us the room key.

Great location to travel from.
