Decently sized rooms. Mechanical car park is located behind the hotel, just ask the friendly staff.

Location was great and easy to get to. Easy walk to transportation or sites. Staff was friendly and accommodating in their greeting. Check in was easy. Free Happy hour for guests. Lots of great anementies!

What an exceptional place to stay and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is not far too far from Hiroshima Train Station so after getting off the bullet train, an easy bus ride or taxi. It is also not too far from the Hiroshima Pease Memorial, so very accessible. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and extremely welcoming. We were located on the 16th floor and had fantastic views across Hiroshima. The room was larger than expected, had everything we could have wanted and was absolutely beautiful. The bar area is amazing with a great selection of cocktails. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, could not have been better nor provided more options (you just want to keep eating). No expense has been spared to make this an amazing world class hotel. We really felt pampered. I do however have a negative.....I wish we had stayed here longer (we only had one night). They do really look after you and I cannot recommend this Hotel enough.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help. My single room had a nice amount of space with a table that could be moved about, making it easy to reorganize my luggage. The hotel is close to a bus line that heads straight to the station, or you can walk if you're feeling energetic. It's also within walking distance of several attractions, such as the Peace Memorial Park. I hardly ever saw anyone else in the shared toilet while I was using it and the shared bath was very nice after a day of running around town. Both facilities were kept clean, though the bath water could get a little dirty on extra busy days. There's also a private shower available on each floor if you don't want to use the shared bath or if you get back to your room too late for the bath to be open. Plenty of good food to eat in the area and a coin laundry just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place to a solo traveler on a budget.

I had some problems with my reservation and all the staff were very keen to resolve the situation. The situation was resolved and I could enjoy the stay.

We had a great stay! The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are big and nice, it's a 20mn walk from the train station and from many tourist attractions. There are many restaurants close by. We didn't have to take the subway or bus once while staying there. We tried their breakfast once, there are lots of options (we tried the fried oysters) but it's quite pricey so we wouldn't do it every day. On the day we arrived, there was a free cupcake and cup of detox water, which we enjoyed. On the day we left, they kept our bags after checkout time so we could explore the city a bit longer before our next train.

Meals were good and I appreciated the explanation cards of the food for both dinner and breakfast. Japanese breakfast was very good. Liked the foot bath in the outdoor garden.

The check-in experience was excellent, with very professional staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the room was a great size with an excellent bathroom. The location was very convenient, with many restaurants and stores nearby.

Great location near Hiroshima Station and 20 minute walk to Memorial Park

Great value for money (I think), huge room by japanese starndards.

The front staff was very nice. I was confused, I thought that booking.com paid them but no, you must pay there. The front staff worker was patient with me even though I was sure booking had paid them, and helped me figure out that I actually had to pay. I felt like an idiot, but she was very nice and im so thankful for being patient!! The room was amazing and the location was good, right next to a convenience store and near the nightlife area of hiroshima with plenty of food spots and bars near-by.

The amenities are amazing, is very large room with balcony we really liked our stay!

Room was small but comfortable, shower had a nice pressure. Close to city center and museums.
