Staff was friendly, and it was helpful a few understood enough English for essential communication. I appreciate staffs' patience as I only know a few phrases of Japanese. Google translate smoothed out the rest. Onsite laundry was convenient.

A bit old building but that have me reminisce good 80s’ or 90s’.

Kudos to the staff, they were very courteous and accommodating. The room was a bit small but very comfortable, i love the bed, the cleanliness, the view of shinkansen, and the aircon that we can set to our preferred room temperature.

It was conveniently located with an easy walk to Nagoya Station. I’ve seen some mixed reviews about the breakfast, but my husband and I loved trying it at least once. Large variety and you could probably find something you’d enjoy if you’re picky (but we liked being able to try a little of everything). The staff was wonderful. They were the ultimate professionals as we threw a handful of requests and questions at them in English/kindergarten level Japanese when we first arrived — and they were so patient, kind and accommodating. Also close to some great food spots as well as a Lawson’s across the street and 7/11 up the block.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from Kokusai Center Station. My room, which had the view of the Hori river, was spacious enough to sprawl two luggages. The room attendants made sure I had fresh towels and a bathrobe every day and the front desk staff was nothing short of friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had decent options to choose from.

We drove by car so traveling towards the city center isnt a problem. If however you’re on foot no problem the train station is near.

I was looking for a place near Ghibli Park and found this gem. I traveled with my husband and sister-in-law, driving from Ebina, Kanagawa. While the property doesn’t have its own parking, there is a Lawson with paid parking just a three-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The rate is ¥1300 for 24 hours. Having a Lawson nearby was also great for grabbing snacks and essentials. The location worked perfectly for us, especially since we had a car. While the Nagoya Imperial Palace is a bit far, it was easily accessible by car. For a family stay, this place was ideal—it was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and everything was clearly explained. The check-in and payment process was entirely contactless, which was a first for me, and I thought it was brilliant. We accidentally took a little extra time to check out because I misread the check-out time, but the cleaning staff was very understanding and patiently waited for us to finish packing. As for the amenities, everything was well thought out. The kitchen was simple but perfect for a short stay, the bathroom was spotless, and the living/dining area with a TV was cozy and functional. The bedroom had four comfortable beds with complimentary pajamas, and to our surprise, there was even a projector! We loved watching a movie together. If you like the pictures of the property, just wait till you see it... Overall, everything was compact but very well organized and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about our stay, and I 100% recommend this place and definitely coming back in the future!
