The staff were so friendly! Especially with my 10-month old. It was hard for me to leave, they treated me as if I were family.

A very unique vibe. The owner collects dolls from other people who just don't want to throw them away, giving them a "second life" at this tiny ryokan. Most locals would find this eerie, borderline creepy, but it's super clean, the dolls are cute, the view from the room is super nice, so the overall energy is actually very very positive, and even nostalgic in a sense. The owner is super nice too. And you cannot beat the price:) Will gladly be back!

We loved everything about it! From the gorgeous magical treehouse feel to the thoughtful and luxurious details, it was everything we hoped for and more.

The room is big and very clean, the quilt is new, smells good and soft. There is a relaxing room, which contains massage chairs, hanging chairs and foot massage machines. The milk in the vending machine is so fresh and sweet that I drink it many times. Thanks to the wonderful staff, I have a great journey here.

Huge and clean rooms, it’s quite old but very well mantained. great onsen with sauna and rottenburo. We are 5 persons and stayed very comfortably here. It’s a very well equipped hotel at this proce. It exceeded our expectations

The facilities are so nice after the renewal. The hotel room was huge and the Cypress bathtub in the room was so great I never even actually made it to the hot springs! I just soaked in there like it was aromatherapy. The view from the room was so nice. It's got to be excellent in the springtime when the cherry blossom trees are in full bloom. I really feel like I should come back and see it then!

I stayed there for two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room free of charge. Thank you very much. The staff were very professional and kind. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. They also served a breakfast with a variety of choices, including Western and Japanese style options. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely elegant traditional style Japanese hotel. Every element was thoughtful and beautiful. Had dinner and breakfast, wonderful. Took a soak in the cedar tub which had a lovely smell from the wood. Just a very cool experience.

There’re so many things you can do in it: Onsen, playroom, table game, and even an arcade.

Efficient, clean and quiet. The food was amazing.

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city. Although the room was old, it was everything I needed: clean, perfect for a solo traveller, and comfortable. Laundry was 300 JPN per load, but this included detergent, which was very convenient. Staff were really friendly.
