Impressive hotels with great rooms. The staff was very friendly, it felt like i was welcomed to a friends home. The rooms were very clean, big, stylish and in general gorgeous. The free drinks in the lobby were great too (not to mention the books). There is also a big supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

Tokyo Inn – Review This place really feels like a home away from home. The room I stayed in was decently clean and comfortable—nothing fancy, but it had everything I needed. What really stood out to me was the breakfast. It’s what gives this hotel its soul. The food was genuinely good—maybe not luxury-hotel level, but hearty, comforting, and made with care. Eating there felt like being at home rather than staying in a hotel. The location was excellent: close to food options and very convenient for public transportation, which made getting around easy. What I appreciated most was the staff in the breakfast area. The people cooking and serving the food felt like someone’s mom—warm, attentive, and quietly caring. That personal touch made a big difference and is what makes this place memorable. Overall, it’s simple, comfortable, well-located, and welcoming. If you value warmth and familiarity over luxury, this is a great place to stay.

Recently opened so all is new. Just one block from the station and next to a mall. Strategic location to stay mid way from Ikebukuro to Chichibu or Kawagoe.

Rooms and bathroom are small but well organized. Breakfast we very good every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most staff did not speak english, some did, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and productive. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

The hotel is amazing in every way. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely helpful, they answered every question and were always ready to help. The view from the room is fantastic. Even though we initially thought that Wako City was a bit far from central Tokyo, it turned out to be very convenient. The window cannot be opened, but it is very large, which makes the room feel more spacious and bright. The in-room technology deserves special praise. For a 3-star hotel, I truly did not expect this level of comfort and modern amenities. Don’t skip the breakfast in the restaurant one floor below. They serve phenomenal fish and a traditional Japanese breakfast, absolutely delicious! An incredible stay for the price! I would return without hesitation to any Tobu Hotel.

The staff is professional and provides warm hospitality. I appreciated their customer service. Information was given and requests fullfilled by the exemplary reception staff. I also liked my ckean, airy room. It was comfortable. And best of all, this hotel was across the street from the train station.

Clean modern quiet business hotel connected to a small mall with convenience stores and a decent sized supermarket, pharmacy and daiso in the area! Near a station for those who take trains to reach the hotel. Downside is that since we drove, we had to purchase a parking ticket to park at the mall behind. It provided 19 hrs of parking at 2000jpy, since first hour was free. At the lobby there is complimentary coffee. The breakfast provided had an excellent though limited spread and my family had a leisurely and enjoyable breakfast. Service staff quality of service was very good. The cafe is located at 2F of the mall. The room is considered spacious enough for 2 luggages if you move the twin beds together. Toilet and bath as well as sink are all separate, very practical design and layout if 2 people share the room. Check out is via an automated machine if you want express check out and have no other bills to settle. I would stay here again any time!
