Very nice hotel .. The staff was very good and helpful. We really enjoyed the Onsen and the indoor pool.. highly recommended..

1. Nakajima park just 20 meter from the main door 2. Subway near, 400m, and has a lift 3. It has room with tripple bed for family 4. I was not careful n lost my tumbler and the staff helped me find it quickly. They are nice.

The hotel was located near nakajima park, although it is not along the main road, still the location is very accessible to the train station. Just a 4 min walk to the exit 3 of Nakajima Koen (Namboku Line) and just near Susukino road. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and will gladly come again for our future Sapporo holidays. Thank you so much, Arrigato 😀

Good room to stay in a strategically located hotel, viewing the beautiful Nakajima snowy Park. One minute walk to reach the Subway. Enjoyable breakfast.

Beautiful property with impeccable service

We stayed during one of the coldest season, train station is around 3-5 min walk across the street, close to the park! Room is very spacious, bright and clean.

Also close to New Chitose limousine bus stop. Free Shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station Very close to convenient stores, Lawson and 7-11

The service provided by the staff in charge from online response when booking; check in and check out are excellentl. Especially regarding our questions and request. They tried the best to answer.

Room, staff, breakfast, public bath

Spacious room, great location and reasonable price. Four beds room is definitely a plus. We will choose Quintessa next time in Sapporo again!

The host is very nice, super nice. The hotel is very very clean and organized. All the amenities you may need are there. The room is warm and cosy. Overall experience is 10/10.

The apartment is a few steps away from street car stop, easy access to Odori park station and then 1 stop by metro to JR Sapporo station. The apartment is clean and spacious. The whole apartment is on same floor, no need to climb stairs. It is clean and beds comfortable.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff

This is a converted "love hotel" so I was a little nervous before I arrived, but it exceeded my expectations! Because of this history, it had significantly larger rooms than I've experienced in the past in Japan, especially considering how centrally located it was. I'd stay again!
