Good location, free parking, nice and clean accommodation. The reception staff is friendly and good English speaking. I will definitely stay again when next visit Hakone!

Location was incredible! Best view of Mt. Fuji right from our room. 2 bedroom unit was clean and comfortable. Very close to the main attractions. The host gave us free rides to the Togendai bus station, restaurants, and convenience store daily. On site onsen was incredible with a view of Mt Fuji from the onsen. It's the last stop on the bus trail so about an hour from Odawara station, but it's worth the extra time to get to the hotel. Very quiet and peaceful.

My wife and I were happily surprised at the facility. We are 3/4 of the way through a road trip around Japan. Our room, so far was the most spacious! A short walk took us to the train and on to the cable car and ropeway. The hot springs bath was glorious!

Luxurious hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Very convenient shuttle bus service. When we missed the last shuttle bus from Motohakone to the hotel, the staff kindly organised a car for us at no charge.

Loved the location - bus stop was outside the property. Yunessun (onsen) across the street and 2 family marts. 10 min walk to Gora and Hakone Open Air Museum. Nestled in the mountains with a stunning garden and view. Amenities were great - onsen was beautiful and so clean. Breakfast and dinner were incredible! Blown away by the choices and suitable for all dietary requirements. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you could need. I booked the day before arriving and for the price, it was a steal! ($800 CAD for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included - other places were $1500+)

The hotel was charming and the staff went out of their way to make our stay and our departure exceptional. We were late to get on the complementary shuttle bus service but the staff still tried to find a way for us to leave the hotel earlier than scheduled. Also, they have complementary pick-ups in Togendai Station. Thank you to everyone for your help!

The customer service was top tier from check in to checkout. The employee at the front desk was so welcoming and polite. He was very quick to Attend to anything and he honestly made our trip to Hakone memorable.

An exceptional location overlooking Ashi Lake, a few steps from the famous lake toril and from the legendary Samurai Walk in the forest along the shores of Lake Ashi. An enchanting garden with a beautiful view of the Fuji Yama when it is not cloudy. A comfortable Onsen open almost around the clock, with indoor and outdoor basins, sauna and massage chairs. A free shuttle bus to the center of Motohakone. Two excellent Japanese and French restaurants. Competent and helpful staff who offered a much better alternative arrangement for the next leg of our travel. Three nights were not enough for enjoying this enchanting place. We'll come back.

Truly extraordinary. The views are beautiful, all people there are unbelievably lovely, the rooms are extremely comfortable... I want to come back to Hakone on my next trip solely to be able to stay here!!

First of all - private onsen is an amazing experience if you look for more privacy - we spent hours inside. Second - what booking doesn't tell you - dinner is actually a multiple course Michelin - like experience, changed every day to different courses. We had many delicious plates that we tried for the first time. Breakfast has both japanese and western options, both really tasty as well. And last but not least - the hotel provides transport to the nearest stations (bus/train/rope) from which, especially with Hakone pass, you can explore the whole area. And of course the service is top quality. Definitely worth the price

The room was spacious and clean, and the scenery made the stay even nicer.

The location of the hotel is quite good, it can be reached by direct bus (not included in the Hakone Free Pass) from Odawara, which saves you the trouble of changing trains in crowded Hakone. From the bus stop, the road goes down to this place so you can even walk it with wheeled luggage. The place can also be reached by taking the mountain cable car up, when you get out at Kami-Gora (make sure you get out at the left side, you can't cross the tracks later). The room is spacious and has a good view. I was alone in the room so I used all four tatami mats and slept really well. The private onsen is nice.

It was the perfect night! The room was huge and so beautiful, the dinner was just amazing the staff were so friendly and nice and the private onsen was the cherry on top. Loved every second!!!
