Everything was perfect. Location is close to station, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was amazing. Thanks to the staff for making our stay very comfortable and exceptional. Rooms are nice and clean. Perfect for short stay.

Every time I travel I always look for great accommodation to make my trip even more enjoyable even if it is just to rest or sleep. I am very happy that I chose your hotel because it is very close to the train station. It is very convenient and at least I do not have to worry about walking or traveling further after one day of exploring. I liked everything in your hotel especially during a snowy trip in Nagano.

Old classic hotel with all the amenities. Love the location, just next from the station but the quiet area. I could see the station and mountain range from my room window.

We love everything! The location, room, the staff, the onsen, the free ice cream and Yakult in the onsen, the delicious, free ramen at night; and there's a coffee station where you can get freshly brewed coffee any time of the day, for free!

The friendly staff and the delicious food, is always my favorite stay in Nagano City. Originally it was the help they gave me on all occasions orientating me to local activities that made me go back and back. I love Nagano in the Japanese Alps.

The hotel seems fairly similar to many budget hotels in Japan, but the staff are extraordinarily kind and courteous. It’s also great value for the price as you also get a good breakfast and free vending machine. The location is very easy to get to from Nagano station.

The breakfast was quite acceptable. It was included with the room charge. The breakfast room was a little small, but this kept the buffet from being too big.

Room and whole building was great, old look but nice and clean everything. Staff absolutely amazing, very helpful and always nice. Chef hands down food absolutely amazing highlighting soba dishes exceptional. Very great for solo or couples travel! Definitely will visit again.

The staff were like big hotel trained people. You can tell right away without knowing, it is a historical and special hotel. They gave us grade up room may be because of off season. Breakfast "restaurant" and présentation (Japanese breakfast) was so beautiful. Glad chose breakfast stay.
