Everything. Size of the room was really good. The staff are phenomenal. Bus station just outside the hotel. Definitely my favorite hotel from the other hotel I have stayed so far.

Very Clean and the room are very comfortable

I lost my wallet one night. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me find it, specially one lady of the staff, offered to help me call the taxi company, she help me get to the koban station so I can talk to the police, she was great. awesome place, great location. super quiet. it even has a smoking area inside the hotel. Bus stations super close, shinkansen station super close, will be back.

Spacious rooms with everything that was needed. The spa was a nice addition.

Room was bigger/nicer than expected. The staff was very nice and bed was comfortable. Laundry can take up to 2 hrs but there are 4 machines, the spa is nice - not huge but it wasnt overly crowded, it felt very nice since my feet were super tired from traveling already. Unfortunately my flight got delayed so I only got to stay 1 day instead of 2 and didn't change ahead of time.

Great location, nice room, good value

The location was perfect. It's close to the bus station as well as a train line. There's a convenience store right next door. But there is also a supermarket close by. The beds are super comfortable and there wasn't any noise at night/morning.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend it! Don’t forget breakfast! Perfect choice!

It was well located and the rooms are good size

This was a very clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. There was a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and a subway station was only a 3–4 minute walk away, making transportation extremely convenient. The room was quite large, especially by Japanese standards. Guests could also take as many personal care items as needed from the lobby, which was a nice touch. There was a 7-Eleven convenience store located on the ground floor of the building, and on the second floor there was a common room with a microwave available for guests. The second floor also included laundry facilities and a designated smoking room. The hotel was conveniently located, with most major attractions reachable within about 30 minutes. The city center was only a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Like everywhere else we visited in Japan, the hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kyoto.
