Rooms and bathroom are small but well organized. Breakfast we very good every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most staff did not speak english, some did, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and productive. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

Great location, staff, cleanliness

An extremely well run hotel, with helpful and attentive staff, well-maintained rooms, and a phenomenally convenient location.

Exceptional staff! And beautiful new and renovated inside. The front desk are always so kind and greet when you pass. The cleaning staff are 10/10 everytime and everything you need is there in the room etc. I just wish breakfast was included in the bill as I stayed a month and didn’t want to pay so much more for breakfast. Other than that, so great.

This hotel is very near to kichijoji. Very calm and cool place. Being this property nearto sun road you get access to all shopponf option and yodobashi and labi yamada for all types of shopping is very near.

Great location just a minute walk from both the train station and Inokashira park. Room is clean and well managed. Nothing to complain at all.

Convenience and proximity to park and subway

The hotel is amazing in every way. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely helpful, they answered every question and were always ready to help. The view from the room is fantastic. Even though we initially thought that Wako City was a bit far from central Tokyo, it turned out to be very convenient. The window cannot be opened, but it is very large, which makes the room feel more spacious and bright. The in-room technology deserves special praise. For a 3-star hotel, I truly did not expect this level of comfort and modern amenities. Don’t skip the breakfast in the restaurant one floor below. They serve phenomenal fish and a traditional Japanese breakfast, absolutely delicious! An incredible stay for the price! I would return without hesitation to any Tobu Hotel.

The hotel is right beside Asagaya JR station and the neighborhood is lively, full of restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also provide cleaning services and fresh toiletries everyday. I will stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

The staff is extremely polite. Breakfast was very good with some western options mostly Japanese.

The location is Unparallel. There is Parco under and Seiyu Supermarket beside. Not to mention 5 min walk to the station.

Close to the things we needed to access. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the respectful attitude of the staff, the amenities, and the location beside Tama train station, a fruit and vegetable stand, a flower shop, a lovely local coffee/spirits shop and Family Mart made our stay just perfect. Oh, and the Chinese restaurant associated with the hotel was an added bonus. (The chef, her delicious food, and the festive yet calm ambiance were wonderful!)

They were nice enough to allow us to checked in early prior to the 2pm check-in policy. I apologized of course for it was 2hours early but the staff smiled and answered it was okay coz the room was cleaned and ready And the breakfast served was really oishii☺️.
