Excellent view from the spacios room. The view from dining room is also beautiful. Hot springs is available.

The staff were so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They gave me a tour when I arrived and showed me the proper etiquette to indicate the bath was available or occupied. The bath was a highlight. And the view of the ocean was wonderful.

Excellent staff. HUUUGE 2 building hotel with an underground tunnel! Incredible and diverse buffet with all you can drink.

The room was very clean and there was a nice balcony overlooking the river. For the full season the buffet dinner includes all you can eat crab legs and claws, which is always amazing even though they do not provide melted butter as you would expect in per se America.

Staff was great. There is a shuttle bus. Free drinks and ice cream service and tea after dinner. Free rental utensils, free robes, free rental games, ping pong, pools, onsen. Last dinner on our third night was a surprise as they served us amazing fish and sea food. Location of the room was above river and we could see mountains and hear the sound of birds and river. Huge space and balcony with drying racks facing the sun so clothes could dry fast.

Excellent location to recharge. Wonderful experience of traditional Japanese food and hospitality!

We had top floor with outdoor bath which we enjoyed with town and ocean view.. bkfst Buffett had western and asian food, dinner as well. The best part is alcohol was included and they had wide variety of drinks..my husband loved the asahi dark Munich draft which u do ur self ..wines sake beer some other hard liquor too .there is a lounge that has drinks including draft beer highball wine during certain times complimentary . The staff was above and beyond warm welcoming helpful.

Fabulous and charming hotel with a lovely view of the sea. Excellent staff that was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room and amenities were superb. The happy hour offered alcoholic and no -alcoholic drinks and snacks. There was also free water, green tea and coffee provided and replenished in the room daily.

The property was beautiful ! It had its own unique feeling, picturesque and serene. Excellent view from the rooms and so very quiet. Simply perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. Loved my stay here and the onsen was great, I could truly find peace and enjoy my rest here and the sky was gorgeous since there wasn’t much light pollution. Quite good for stargazing. Location is great, very close to a bus station.

This resort was absolutely wonderful. Ryokan type experience but in a western style environment with hardwood floors in the rooms. The staff are so warm and kind and go above and beyond to provide amazing service. Huge room with outdoor open air bath overlooking the ocean, bed was super firm with great pillows, and there was a huge smart TV which was a welcome break from 5 Japanese TV channels at other hotels. The food served at dinner and breakfast was a real highlight...each dish was amazing made with local ingredients, presented like works of art. Coming here was the most memorable part of our entire Japan trip.

We came to dive in this beautifulk place.It is an exceptional hotel with an extraordinary staff They waited for us athough we we landed late in Tokyo. Though we were lucky to enjoy the shef's breakfast only, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms are spacial, the springs in the place are well organized, just the deepest recommendations from our side. Good places to eat outside, and even without a transfer a good place to to render about, nice views and close to the craters of the voulcanes and to the zoo that is a dream of every child!

Dog friendly and dog run space can be used for 24hr which is convenient. Amenities are provided with more than enough.

Clean room with sea view! Very comfortable and chill! However, there is no convenient bus to there, you better have to take a taxi in the Izukogen station.
