We loved the onsen. The hotel itself was also nice. The room was specious and comfortable. There’s a free lounge guests can use all day.

We stayed here while visiting friends in Saku. Since I’m the type of person who gets lost even with maps, I was a little nervous about finding the place and emailed ahead to ask for directions. The staff kindly explained the route in advance, and thanks to their directions we made it from the highway exit without getting lost. Check-in was very simple and we were able to settle in right away. We chose this place because we were getting tired of eating out every day and wanted somewhere with a kitchen—and that turned out to be the perfect choice. Sitting together on the terrace, listening to birds singing while enjoying good wine and sake, was exactly what we needed after traveling. Because it’s a small property and feels more private than a regular hotel, we were really able to relax and enjoy our time at our own pace. It was quiet, comfortable, and felt a little like having our own vacation house. We especially loved how peaceful and cozy everything felt—it made it easy to slow down and just enjoy being there together. Honestly, we wish we had stayed longer.

The rooms were spacious nice and bright - really well equipped (all cables you can possible need, pajamas etc). 10 out of 10. Beautiful location!!

We liked the friendliness of the bilingual staff. We also enjoyed the cuisine at dinner and breakfast. I am a vegetarian but eat eggs, cheese and dash including fish sauce - the chef was able to accommodate my diet requirements.

The best part was the staff, family owned, the mom/dad/son/ daughter-in-law were all so nice and warm hearted. They went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly, despite limited English. Food was excellent, not Japanese, don’t miss the outdoor promenade garden walk in the woods. Plus there are two private onsen baths for couples or families. Opera theme was charming and we appreciated the beds after several days on the futons of other inns. The rooms are small but the overall vibe of the hotel was really excellent. I would definitely recommend!

This place was a welcome surprise to discover. Every bit of care and detail went into making our stay comfortable and unique.

The room was very clean and large for the money I paid. The front staff were very friendly and spoke English even though she didn’t have to.
