Situated next to the mountainous area of Tateyama, you can almost see the peak from your open window through the countryside. What a sight to behold in Toyama. The location is super convenient as its right opposite Aeon hypermarket and another local mall, and there's even 7-Eleven outlet next to the site. Great for families travelling on a budget and still want the convenience and comfort of staying close to the mountain region and get a feel of the Japanese countryside.

Room was spacious enough. Furniture seemed quite new. View was not bad. Nice staff A convenience store was just facing to the hotel.

The check-in process was easy. The room provided was big with enough space to comfortably move about and open our luggages. The public bath was very relaxing after the end of a long day. Location was near convenience stores and food shops.

Everything was perfect, the onsen is amazing, the food and all the complimentary food and drink were amazing. The hotel really exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was an amazing experience! Freshness, taste, variety and presentation were optimal! Staff was enthusiastically accommodating and friendly! Superb location! Less than 10 minute walk to primary train station. A charming and panoramic setting!

its an old hotel but almost everything has been upgraded, except the decor is still sort of '80s. but I like a retro vibe. they didn't hook up the bidet toilets, i'm ok with that , too, there was a sign notifying customers at the front desk that the rooms have a basic toilet , not the usual "does everything" Japanese toilet. There is an elevator, which made me happy as I need, but a dozen stairs still have to be climbed. Every floor had a vending machine for drinks, with the reception area also having beer in that vending machine. Plus zillions of vending machines out front, too. One microwave available for each whole floor, next to the vending machine. I'm ok with that, too, zillions of restaurants all around the hotel , and it keeps the food stink out of the rooms. Its in the BAR district so super loud from about 10 pm to 4 am, but only if you crack open your window, which isn't necessary as the rooms have excellent A/c. The reception area also had free cookies, candies, and bouillon packets for guests ( to make soup with the hot water boiler that is in each room ) so that was a nice touch. Short walk to the tram.
