A beautiful new hotel right next to Disney Resort. Shuttles run all day. Great large breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The Lawson was well stocked and one of the nicest konbinis we’ve seen on our trip. Would definitely come back.

The staff were extremely helpful, I lost my passports on the train and they helped to call the lost-and-found office, and thank God they were found. The hotel is also located right in the middle of streets with many restaurants and even a supermarket. This is one of the best equipped hotel with a washing machine, clothes dryer machine in the toilet, ironing board and stove!

Everythings is cute! From facilities, room, stuffs, and the rest! The breakfast was also really delicous, it also cover some of japanese brakefast. Very recomend this place to visit when you came to Tokyo Disneyland, because hotel is provide with a free shuttle bus go and back from disneyland. Ps. They also have a real convineint store next to the check in counter.

close to disney, caught a bus or did a 20 min walk. the dino robots were so cool and a highlight of my trip to japan! easy to contact human staff when i needed to store luggage for the day and they were friendly, quick and helpful. rooms were spacious and comfy and very clean and had a lawsons across the road which was nice. would 100% stay here again!

You better be in shape, because walking around in Disneyland is tiersome... If it is raining you are out of luck, the place is only suitable for sunny days. On rainy days its crowded like in a rush hour metro train in the few places with a roof on top

Very convenient bus transfers from/to Narita Airport. Around Shin Urayasu station, there is a wide array of stores, supermarket and restaurants. And best, just one station away to Tokyo Disneyland although the hotel offers free shuttle service

We stayed at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay near Disney Sea for its convenience. It was a wonderful hotel with an elaborate breakfast. We loved the lounge for drinks and small bites. The amenities were great. (pyjamas, chocolates, slippers personal care items) We ate only at the hotel or disney sea, a 5 minute walk to the train. Wish the train had been free but it wasn't. Highly recommended

You can't visit Japan and not go to Disneyland/Disneysea! The parks are fantastic, the attractions lots of fun, and the attention to details are off the charts. Lots of places to eat, and spots to rest and catch your breath. The shops have everything you can think of to take home as beautiful souvenirs. We stayed at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, which is next to Disneysea. And the Maihama Station connects to other trains so that you can expand your visit to other areas outside the Disney Resort. We took trains to Shinjuku to wander around and shop - it was so easy, and then we returned to our comfortable hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable vacation time for our family,

The trip was for Disney so we didnt go to other places...

The trip was for Disney so we didnt go to other places really. We ate at Red Lobster, I was disappointed because they didnt have Crab Legs! They had a weak shrimp cocktail with uncleaned shrimp and i had to ask them to remove the shrimp shell. We went to a mall and that was ok, tho getting from ground level to the main floor we had to carry our wagon up stairs, there was no escalator from street to first floor, a minor setback. Navigating to the mall calls for walking through a few buildings zig zagging, again a small setback. oh yea and its cold. Overall the trip was a 8/10 next time if we get a slightly bigger hotell it will be 9/10!

Location was perfect due to being very close to the train...

Location was perfect due to being very close to the train station and that area had so many food and drink spot that was super affordable and was delicious. Staff was so friendly and professional and answered all our questions/needs. Breakfast was simple yet filling and delicious. 10/10 would/will stay here again in the future Japan trip!
