MyStays Shin-Urayasu is located 2.2 mi away from Tokyo Disney Resort, and a free morning shuttle via Shin-Urayasu Station is provided. The hotel offers a restaurant and rooms with free internet. Shin-Urayasu MyStays is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute stroll from Shin-Urayasu Station. Air-conditioned guestrooms feature modern interiors and furnishings. Each room is equipped with a fridge, air-purifier, electric kettle and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub and shower. Free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer are provided. Guests can find trouser press, nightwear and a memory foam pillow available for guest's comfort. Parking is available by advance reservation only, by phone. A fee of ¥2,000 per night will be charged for stays from 12:00 PM on the check-in day to 12:00 PM on the check-out day. The on-site Japanese buffet restaurant serves fresh seasonal vegetables for breakfast. It is a 40-minute drive from Ginza and the Tsukiji Fish Market. Haneda Airport is an hour away by train. Please note that the hotel will undergo emergency equipment maintenance on the following dates/times: 14/01/2026, 15/01/2026, 09:00-17:00. During this period, guests may experience some noise, and property staff may enter guest rooms for inspections.
