Room layout and facilities were amazing. 100% value for money.

The room was very clean and there was a nice balcony overlooking the river. For the full season the buffet dinner includes all you can eat crab legs and claws, which is always amazing even though they do not provide melted butter as you would expect in per se America.

Excellent staff. HUUUGE 2 building hotel with an underground tunnel! Incredible and diverse buffet with all you can drink.

We had top floor with outdoor bath which we enjoyed with town and ocean view.. bkfst Buffett had western and asian food, dinner as well. The best part is alcohol was included and they had wide variety of drinks..my husband loved the asahi dark Munich draft which u do ur self ..wines sake beer some other hard liquor too .there is a lounge that has drinks including draft beer highball wine during certain times complimentary . The staff was above and beyond warm welcoming helpful.

Staff was great. There is a shuttle bus. Free drinks and ice cream service and tea after dinner. Free rental utensils, free robes, free rental games, ping pong, pools, onsen. Last dinner on our third night was a surprise as they served us amazing fish and sea food. Location of the room was above river and we could see mountains and hear the sound of birds and river. Huge space and balcony with drying racks facing the sun so clothes could dry fast.

The view, breakfast and onsen were outstanding. We also were offered a free room upgrade because of some problems with our original type of room.

It is extremely comfortable with wonderful outside baths on the balcony, a wonderful onsen and spectacular rooftop pool with views on the beach. It was spotlessly clean with pjs and robes provided. A little bit of affordable luxury. A huge breakfast spread included as well.

Very clean and I had some problem with my health but they did an appropriate act.

The view was exceptional, great value and romantic.

We spent a couple of days here with our son and his wife. Everything was perfect. Our rooms were very comfortable: comfy beds & pillows, big TV, and all the luxury items provided. We really loved the Onsen and the relaxing and game rooms. They really did a great job with the buffet breakfast, as well. Great location!

The staff were so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They gave me a tour when I arrived and showed me the proper etiquette to indicate the bath was available or occupied. The bath was a highlight. And the view of the ocean was wonderful.
