Where do I start. Driving to the hotel can be very daunting unless you have someone to take you, or you arrange a pickup. It is a fair distance from the local town and can be expensive with the local taxis, but later I can see why. However, there is a Local car Matatu service that cost around 300 shillings per person, that takes around forty minutes, the driver seams to know everyone and stops for on route chat with tje locals. The drive is ruff road not tarmac, but givem wjere tje hotel is, is understandable. The owner is very happy to get one of those drivers to meet you at a location in the town, ie outside Family Bank. Once you eventually get to tje hotel your see its all worth the trip. How they managed to buid this hotel up in the middle of knowwhere beggars believe. The weather is different there and can rain alot, but the sun soon pops out randomly here and there, and can rain without warning, it gets hot as well. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, and tea and coffee was awaiting our arrival along with a cosy wooden lit fireplace along.with our dinner when we wanted it. We arrived late and it was dark. We were led to our rooms and asked for an extra duvet as it was a little chilly being so high up. The room was adequate with a electric shower and comfortable bed. The morning was raining very hard. But cleared up to reveal a stunning view from our balcony . I just could not stop looking at it. the tea farmers were busy collecteing the leaves. Breakfast was anything that we required from omelette/ sausage /toast to fresh fruit. There were plenty of local tours available at a very reasonable price. Our tour guide come security guard was only too eager to take us anywhere we wanted to go. From fly fishing trout on the local river, to the famous Abadare Forrest. Or a local tea plantation tour, even if we wanted to visit the famous tree tops.

The location is serene surrounded by natural forest and a waterfall. The employees were super friendly and very welcoming. The food and breakfast was super delicious. There was a playground for children.

The place was clean, supportive staff, so private. Will definitely go back.

The whole staff was welcoming and friendly, from Mr. Joseph, who welcomes you with a charming smile, Sharron, who is attentive to your orders, Elijah, a fantastic tour guide, Kevin, an excellent GM who listens to every need, and the owner, who makes you feel right at home.

Provide wifi password in the rooms

I love the location; right in the middle of everything in Nyeri Town; making evening walks pure bliss since I can easily get back to the hotel. The parking (especially adjacent to the reception/ rooms) is spacious, offering an amazing view of the extensive greenery that surrounds the rest of Nyeri. The extra blanket and the water heating jug (plus complementary tea/coffee) were an absolute lifesaver (given how chilly it could get at night in July). Friendly and helpful staffs, swift check-in and check-out, spacious room with a fantastic view... sleeping here was great. Conference Facilities: I have used White Rhino's conference packages before, and they have executive halls, and their dining experience is awesome.

Great stay in a convenient location. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen amenities were more than adequate for preparing meals and snacks. The hostwas also very professional in their communication and granted us a short extension on the check-out time.

Very clean, has a heated pool, quiet and private. The host is very responsive and accommodating.
