The staff was very nice and respectful. Carried my bags and spoke good English. The TV was huge and had most of the streaming apps. Very spacious suite. Breakfast had good variety, and was quick to order. Nice view and balcony.

Super convenient location with onsite parking. Clean and very modern. It’s a great value. AND… free ramen!!!! As well as free laundry. I’ll stay here anytime I’m in town. Checkin is automated and quick. The staff are friendly. What’s not to love about this place.

The front desk clerk went above and beyond. He personally came out to help me park in an excellent spot. The instructions for using the remote functions were spot on. The clerk seemed to anticipate my needs by providing extra towels before I even asked.

Convenient to where all food and shopping. Also right outside OSAN airbase for ease of getting to US amenities

Great central location. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Near the International Market and close to lots of great places to eat. Nice large comfortable room!

Location was great… 5 minute walk to the Air Force Base… also a lot of restaurants and shopping stores in the area…10 minute walk to the train station…Very clean room and Great hospitality

It was really spacious. Alot of space in the room. I loved the decor. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, really sweet. They have a ramen machine and I'm so upset that I didn't get to try it..it's complementary. Convenient stores and restaurants close by. They also have an open market close by too. Everything is in walking distance. A taxi stand as well if needed. Very quiet area. Even at night.

What a wonderful hotel with in-room dry sauna! Very spacious and huge bath tub.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, they even helped us with our laundry. Much appreciated. Had a ramen bar next to the front desk. It was self serve and they also had a variety of drinks, & cereals. They even had banana milk, a favorite of my daughter. Raw eggs were also provided so you could crack them into your ramen while hot. They provided aprons so you could prevent splatter on your clothing. Robes and slippers were available in the room for your comfort.
